Looking for an experienced Construction Project Executive to
join and help expand Rhode Island operations for one of the
Northeast's premier General Contractors! Client DetailsA leading

experienced Construction Project Executive to join our
team.DescriptionThe Project Executive will be responsible for:
- Lead project planning and development, including defining
project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource
plans.
- Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection,
contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Monitor project progress and performance against key metrics,
implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety
regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, architects,
engineers, and other project stakeholders to drive collaboration
and resolve issues proactively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a
culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous
improvement.
- Prepare and present project status reports, budget forecasts,
and other key performance indicators to senior management.Apply

Project Executive will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction
Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in construction project
management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar
role.
- Must have a proven track record in the K-12 space, specific to
Rhode Island (this is the project focus for this company in this
region - looking for someone familiar with the space to lead and
help expand operations)
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes,
and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g.,
Primavera, Procore, MS Project).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively
under pressure.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project
