Accounts Payable Representative in Woonsocket. This position is a

Responsibilities for Accounts Payable Representative include but
are not limited to the following:
*Receive and file expense reports via mail and Ariba.
*Match supporting documentation received via mail to manual and
*Verify and audit supporting documentation to expense reports
following travel policy.
*Assign general ledger account numbers for exceptional
*Data entry of manual expense reports into Peoplesoft AP
*Audit and approve Ariba expense reports to supporting
*Contact employees for missing information or receipts or
*Handle vendor inquiries on unpaid reports.
*Performs such other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
Candidates must meet the following Accounts Payable Representative
requirements for consideration:
*High school diploma
*Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet
*Ability to clearly, accurately, and professionally communicate
with vendors, management and establish effective working
relationships with associates.
*Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to
*Ability to work in a high paced team environment.
*Effectively utilize a calculator and perform simple mathematical
*Basic problem solving skills.
*Data entry experience.
*Basic knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
*Experience within a large, retail organization.
*Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred.
Pay for this position is $14.00/hr plus overtime as needed. This is
a temporary opportunity.
