Job Description:
Year Up is seeking an Operations Assistant for our JOB Training
Program, dedicated to empowering young adults. This role provides a
unique chance to contribute towards reshaping the future of
motivated young adults by ensuring smooth operational proceedings
of our education and training programs. The ideal candidate will
support both administrative tasks and operational improvements
integral to our one-year academic and internship program. This
position requires a proactive, organized individual who thrives in
a dynamic, mission-driven environment. By joining our team, you
will play a pivotal role in a program that bridges the opportunity
divide and launches bright futures. Coordinate and oversee daily
operational tasks to ensure program effectiveness and compliance.
Liaise with department heads to streamline processes and improve
student experiences in the program. Assist with the preparation and
coordination of training materials and schedules. Support the
implementation of technology platforms for e-learning and virtual
classrooms. Handle logistics for events, workshops, and seminars
related to the program. Maintain accurate records of program
activities and participant progress. Strong organizational and
communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
educational technology platforms. Ability to work independently and
as part of a team. Proven problem-solving skills. Experience in
managing multiple tasks with attention to detail. Medical Insurance

Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
