General Contractor. We are seeking qualified applicants for a
Construction Project Manager. Our field employees are expected to
willingly and productively perform a variety of tasks related to
commercial construction industries while safely working
withinfederal, veteranhospital environments. Applicants must have a

be detail orientated individual, responsible, respectful, and team
player. Job Duties: Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects
from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with
project scope, budget, and timeline. Serve as the primary point of
contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and other
stakeholders. Develop and maintain project budgets, cost tracking,
and financial reporting, including change order management and
forecasting. Lead the negotiation and execution of subcontracts,
purchase orders, and change orders. Develop and maintain detailed
project schedules, identifying critical path items and ensuring
milestones are met. Review and manage project documentation,
including submittals, RFIs, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and
compliance. Monitor construction progress on-site to ensure
adherence to quality standards, contract specifications, and safety
requirements. Coordinate and lead project meetings, providing
regular updates on schedule, budget, risks, and issues. Ensure
accurate and timely processing of invoices, pay applications, and
related financial documentation. Maintain detailed records of
project activities, costs, and decisions to support transparency
and closeout requirements. Provide leadership to field teams,
subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accountability and effective
performance. Act as a safety leader, promoting and enforcing a
culture of safety through example and compliance. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering,
Architecture, or a related field preferred. 5 years of project
management experience in construction, preferably
infederal,commercial, infrastructure, or industrial sectors. Proven
ability to manage construction budgets, schedules, and teams
independently. Excellent leadership, communication, and
organizational skills. Strong understanding of construction
methods, contract documents, and applicable codes. Proficiency in
project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project,
PrimaveraCloud, or similar).
