Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A full-time Special Education Case Manager/Coordinator
position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Barre,
Vermont. This role supports approximately 45 students across two
grade levels in a K-12 school setting, focusing on coordinating
special education services rather than direct instruction. The
position starts ASAP and is tentatively scheduled through June 19,
2026, aligned with the school calendar. Key Responsibilities: -
Serve as primary case manager for approximately 45 students,
coordinating services across two grade levels - Lead IEP meetings,
evaluations, and re-evaluations to ensure compliance and meet
student needs - Write, maintain, and update IEPs while tracking
student progress and ensuring all timelines are met - Collaborate
closely with teachers, service providers, and related staff across
grade levels to support student success - Maintain consistent
weekly communication with staff and families about student
progress, goals, and concerns - Review academic and behavioral data
to guide IEP development and support effective decision-making -
Ensure accommodations and modifications are properly implemented
and followed by the school team Qualifications: - Valid Vermont
Special Educator licensure is required - Previous experience with
Vermont virtual special education case management/coordinator roles
is essential - Strong background in case management, IEP writing,
and compliance with state regulations - Excellent organizational
skills and attention to detail - Exceptional communication
abilities and collaborative approach working with teams and
