Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the
upcoming contract school year, based in Milford, DE. This role
involves working within a K-12 educational setting supporting
students communication needs with therapy and related services.
Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy to students
Conduct evaluations and assessments Develop and write
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Attend IEP and team
meetings Collect and analyze progress monitoring data Complete
therapy documentation and notes Utilize Data Service Center and
Power School IEP software for reporting and compliance
Qualifications: Active Delaware licensure or certification for
Speech-Language Pathology (confirmation required) Valid CCC
(Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred Experience working
in school settings or with K-12 populations Strong understanding of
speech therapy protocols and educational requirements Ability to
effectively collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists
Client is not considering Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
(SLPAs) for this role Details: Location: Milford, Delaware Grade
levels served: To be determined Caseload: To be determined
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Contract duration: ASAP start through June 12, 2026 Work setting:
On-site preferred; hybrid options may be considered This position
