We offer: Competitive benefits including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off so you can recharge Career growth and advancement opportunities A collaborative and forward-thinking culture where your voice matters The chance to work with cutting-edge technology supporting hotels and multifamily communities nationwide Continued onsite training and hands-on learning with experienced team members What You Will Do As a key member of the implementation team, the Project Manager will: Serve as the primary customer liaison, ensuring project goals, timelines, and budget expectations are met Manage installation scheduling, reporting, and follow-up activities Assign tasks to team members, track requests, and adjust project plans as needed Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders Assist with technical quality assurance and go-live support during implementation Identify opportunities to improve project performance, communication, and operational efficiency Support installation of wireless networks, cabling, and connectivity systems Perform upgrades and maintenance in live customer environments Test, configure, install, and document network hardware and software Participate in internal project management meetings Conduct construction site visits as needed Travel locally and throughout the U.S. as required Work onsite daily at our Walpole, MA office Perform other duties as assigned What You Will Bring Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 3 years of project management experience Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Highly resourceful, methodical, and solutions-driven with strong interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Basic understanding of Layer 1 and Layer 2 networking concepts Experience with subcontractor management and budget analysis Background in IT and/or hospitality technology preferred Familiarity with BICSI standards is a plus Experience with construction site visits preferred Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar platforms is a plus Disclaimer: Blueport, Inc. is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant because of race, creed, color, age, national origin, ancestry, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, genetic information, veteran status, military status, application for military service or any other class protected by state or federal law.
