This role will be responsible for analyzing business capabilities with business partners, identify opportunities from alignment to standards, and consolidating findings.\u00A0 You will use your project management and communication skills to support capability strategy and delivery.\u00A0\u00A0
The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Experienced with large enterprise implementations/transformations efforts
• Proven strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and articulate connections across separate, but related concepts
• Strategic thinker
• Ability to dive deep into details, consolidate finding, and summarize findings/recommendations
• Exceptional relationship management, collaboration, and communication skills
• Strong ability to lead, influence, and motivate colleagues without formal authority
• Optimize the operating model to maximize scale and efficiency
• Strong focus on execution and the ability to identify, communicate, and remove impediments to progress
• Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to understand key trends across technology, both within and outside of Fidelity, and apply learnings locally
• Consistent track record of collaborating to build consensus across multiple levels of the organization
• Ability to balance multiple efforts independently
• Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
• Working knowledge of an Agile environment/methodology
• Bachelor s degree with 10+ years of related work experience
