The role of Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the growth of top line sales and helping create a highly engaging and interactive in-store customer experience. The successful candidate will share the vision for their store to inspire and motivate the team.Responsibilities

• Outstanding personal sales
• Training sales associates
• Creating a strong customer service environment
• Executing merchandising standards and all other operational standards such as payroll, tasks, inventory, and cash balancingRequirements
  • 2+ years Assistant Management experience within retail
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong time management skills
