Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty:
Medical / Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Hours per
Shift: 11.5 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent
equivalent experience License: RN License (Proof of State Residency
Required) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Chest tubes experience -
Experience with drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin,
or amiodarone - Skilled in managing lines, tubes, and drains for
post-surgical patients - Familiarity with tracheostomies and
laryngectomies - Proficient in telemetry - Experience with complex
wound care - Knowledge of central line care, maintenance, and blood
draws Description: Registered Nurse needed for immediate start. The
position requires floating between various medical/surgical units
as needed. Travelers may work with emergency department and
post-anesthesia care unit borders. Coverage as a Deceased Patient
Coordinator may also be required. Candidates must have experience
with chest tubes, drips, lines, and telemetry. Float units and
areas include multiple medical/surgical inpatient settings.
Previous float experience is highly preferred.
