Nurse Practitioner | Family Practice Location: Woonsocket, RI Employer: AAS Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Are you looking for a Full time NP position with great benefits? We are seeking Full time Nurse Practitioners for a primary care opportunity at our Outpatient clinic in Woonsocket, RI. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8a-5p; no nights and no weekends. What We Offer: Competitive Salary (Ranges from $110,000 - $165,000 based on experience and location) with quarterly bonus based on quality metrics 6 weeks of PTO, inclusive of vacation, sick time, major holidays, and continuing medical education (CME) Tuition reimbursement $5,000 CME Stipend Provided Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance 401K investment, up to 4% company match, vested immediately Provided Medical Malpractice Insurance Relocation package on a case-by-case basis Required Qualifications: National certification in at least one of the following specialties: Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, Gerontological Nurse Practitioner Active, non-probationary state Nurse Practitioner License 1 year direct primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner Active DEA license Role Summary: Provision of exceptional primary care Conduct office visits for routine and acute issues, and home visits as needed Administer Annual wellness visits and health risk assessments Care coordination with other providers, specialists, testing facilities, and agencies Population health leadership, in coordination with the Care Team Assisting the care team with phone triage and outreach Educating patients on their health conditions, care plans, and treatments If you are interested in joining our team, apply to this job posting and we will contact you right away!
