Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Manchester, NH Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,436 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Cardiac Stepdown/Progressive Care Nurse – New Hampshire Start Date: December 15, 2025 Location: Manchester, New Hampshire Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement; 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio days and nights Highlights: 24-bed cardiac stepdown/progressive care unit with telemetry monitoring Care for post-TAVR, cardiac catheterization, ablation, and Watchman procedure patients Comprehensive unit support including charge nurse, patient care technician, and monitor tech Allscripts electronic medical record system Advanced cardiac procedures including STEMI care, pacemaker management, and CardioMEMS monitoring Float only to similar acuity units Requirements: Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Telemetry nursing experience required Cardiac progressive care or intermediate care experience strongly preferred Experience managing cardiac drips and post-procedural cardiac patients Knowledge of TAVR, ablations, cardiac catheterizations, and Watchman device care Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic cardiac specialty environment where you'll care for patients undergoing advanced cardiovascular interventions and treatments.
