Weekly Pay - Reliable weekly payments, every time. Key Responsibilities of the Travel Medical Assistant: Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Prepare and maintain examination rooms, including sanitizing and restocking supplies. Record patient vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information. Administer medications and vaccinations as directed by healthcare providers. Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for analysis. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow efficiently. Provide patient education and instructions as needed. Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phones and processing paperwork. Requirements of the Travel Medical Assistant: Completion of a Medical Assistant program and certification (CMA or CCMA preferred). Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting is highly desirable. BLS certification required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
