Administer medications and injections as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members. Monitor and document patient's condition and treatment plans. Educate patients and their families on treatment and home care procedures. Strong clinical skills in urology nursing. Ability to work independently and part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills. Valid New York State LPN License Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) recommended
