Job Description:

currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse III: D4N to join
our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in the D4N surgical
unit. This role requires an adept individual skilled in delivering
high-quality nursing care, managing patient care plans, and
ensuring the comfort and recovery of patients. The successful
candidate will embody our commitment to excellence and
patient-centered care, engaging in both clinical duties and
collaborative team efforts to enhance operational efficiency and
patient outcomes. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing
care for surgical patients effectively. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to further patient outcomes and
organizational goals. Lead patient and family education regarding
post-surgical care and health maintenance. Drive initiatives in
quality assurance and patient safety within the unit. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses.
Supervise junior nurses and support staff, ensuring adherence to
professional and facility standards. Advanced skills in patient
assessment and nursing care for surgical patients. Capability in
managing multiple patient care priorities Strong leadership
qualities and team collaboration Proficiency in using electronic
health record systems Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice. BLS/ACLS Certification. Certification in Surgical Nursing
(CNS) preferred.
