Provide direct nursing care in a diverse and dynamic environment Monitor patient health and progress while maintaining detailed records Administer medications and treatments efficiently according to physician’s orders Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers about health conditions and postpartum care Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to deliver holistic patient care Lead and mentor junior staff to promote collaborative team dynamics Advanced competency in nursing skills and patient care Ability to operate and monitor medical equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Leadership and team management skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
