Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12
educational setting in Providence, RI is seeking two skilled
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a contract assignment
starting immediately through mid-June 2026. Both part-time and
full-time schedules will be considered to meet district needs. This
role offers the opportunity to support a diverse student population
with a caseload adjusted according to specific demands. The
position requires licensure compliance as per state requirements,
with a strong preference for in-person service delivery, although
hybrid arrangements may be discussed. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in
students from kindergarten through 12th grade Collaborate with
educators and families to develop individualized education plans
(IEPs) Monitor student progress and adjust interventions
accordingly Maintain accurate documentation and comply with
district and state regulations Participate in team meetings and
professional development activities Desired Qualifications: Current
state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Experience working within
school settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary
team Location: Providence, RI Duration: Contract through June 16,
2026 Schedule: Part-time or full-time options considered Work
Environment: In-person preferred; hybrid options available This
