ID: 75917411 Shift: 8hr Days 8x5 Description: HWL Hospital-Laconia-R23952 ED Interim Nurse Manager for Laconia & Franklin\r\nMon-Fri day shift and availability to round shifts\r\nExperience-Minimum 3 Years of acute care clinical Expect in ER Nursing\r\nMust have prior, successful managerial experience managing ED's with preference for those who have experience managing ED's across 2 sites\r\nUnion experience preferred\r\nExperience growing and mentoring new leaders across both shifts, created leader standard work with a focus on nursing practice and quality improvement\r\nFranklin 8 bed ED Critical Access Hospital stabilize and ship \r\nLaconia 32 Bed ED 6 Bed locked acute psych (leadership for psych is handled by behavioral health) also no trauma designation but takes higher acuity than Franklin \r\nMust be have strong ED hands-on skills \r\nCerts- AHA BLS & ACLS (TNCC & PALS are preferred but not required)\r\nEMR: Cerner-Exp Preferred, but not required\r\n*We do have Housing Options listed in the supplier portal if needed Guaranteed Hours: 40 Weekly Contract 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Constantly adapting to new environments and healthcare facilities challenges you to expand your knowledge and skills.
