What You Will Do Deliver expert, full-spectrum primary care with autonomy and collaborative support. Maintain clear and thorough documentation within our advanced electronic medical record system. Engage in team-based care, mentoring and collaborating with mid-level providers. Participate in hospital and nursing home care as part of a robust call schedule. Uphold patient confidentiality and respect patient preferences and cultural backgrounds. Contribute to ongoing quality improvement, professional development, and peer collaboration. What Were Looking For An MD or DO with Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine. Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts. Proven ability to thrive in a busy, patient-focused practice environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A strong commitment to compassionate, culturally sensitive care.
