Provide direct nursing care in a high-acuity ED observation unit. Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Implement physicians’ orders, administer medications, keep accurate documentation, and manage treatment plans. Maintain patient safety and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated patient care. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatments, and health management at home. Strong clinical skills with the ability to react decisively in emergency scenarios. Proficiency in managing multiple patients simultaneously with acute conditions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Capability to work efficiently in a high-stress environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS Certification required. ACLS Certification preferred.
