Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize data collection based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician and monitor patients for side effects and responses. Participate in the development and modification of care plans in conjunction with patient and healthcare team. Educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits, creating an environment that promotes patient comfort and trust. Implement infection-control policies and protocols, monitor supplies and equipment, and coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care. Strong clinical skills and proficiency in delivering patient-focused care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining treatments and conditions Proven ability to work within a team and adapt to dynamic environments Proficiency with medical software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
