Provide effective leadership and direction to nursing staff within the service line. Ensure high-quality care and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate interdisciplinary team activities focusing on clinical excellence and patient safety. Develop strategies for continuous improvement in patient care and service delivery. Manage resources and staffing to meet the needs of the service line. Facilitate training and professional development of staff. Collaborate with other healthcare leaders to align objectives and operational activities. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Proficient in using medical software and healthcare technologies Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in a relevant specialty area preferred (e.g., ANCC)
