Exeter Center, a leader in post-acute and rehabilitation care, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the daily lives of our patients by providing exemplary direct care that promotes their well-being. In this role, you will work closely with medical staff in a supportive and nurturing environment, focusing on patient care, safety, and compliance with healthcare standards. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Monitor patients’ physical and mental health, report any changes to the nursing staff. Ensure the comfort and safety of patients at all times. Maintain patient records; document vital signs and any other required health information. Support the implementation of patients’ care plans. Collaborate with team members to enhance patient outcomes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to follow detailed instructions Capability of handling physical demands of patient support Knowledge of basic healthcare and hygiene standards Efficient in time management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant certification must be active and in good standing CPR certification required
