this role, you will leverage your expertise in nursing and patient
care to support our commitment to medical education, research, and

learning. Provide direct patient care and support in the evaluation
of clinical practices and procedures. Participate in
interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient treatment and
care. Assist in clinical research and studies integrated with
patient care. Educate patients and their families on treatment
plans and healthcare maintenance. Implement and evaluate new
clinical systems and practices to improve patient outcomes. Mentor
junior nurses and assist in training programs. Strong clinical
skills across various nursing departments Exceptional interpersonal
and communication skills Capability to manage multiple clinical
tasks efficiently Proficiency in electronic health record systems
Adept at crisis management and patient handling Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered
Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
