The Assistant Resident Care Director (Assistant Wellness Director) performs medication administration, assessment, administrative/clinical duties, quality assurance, performance improvement and provides a high level of customer service. Qualifications We require a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of MA. Some experience working in Assisted Living preferred and some experience with in-servicing and supervising staff is required. Must have good computer skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and some experience with dementia care in an Assisted Living Community a plus.
