Primary Care Physician Opportunities in the Greater Hartford Connecticut Area Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is currently seeking board certified or board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency trained physicians to join our established and new outpatient Primary Care practices located in the greater Hartford Connecticut area.
