traveling Physical Therapist team in Fall River, MA at a skilled
nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries
and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new

details. Minimum Requirements Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active
Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the
assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Minimum
one year of clinical experience preferred, including patient
evaluation and development of treatment plans in post-acute or
long-term care environments. Ability to document electronically and
collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Assignment Details
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift
Details: Days 0800-1630. Work Days: Sunday through Saturday
rotation as needed to meet 35 guaranteed weekly hours. Assignment
