The Role As a Scrum Master performing at scale, you are accountable for ensuring that the scaled events take place, are productive, positive, and kept within the timebox. You will lead the joint teams through the lifecycle phases and be accountable for the successful releasing of the multi-squads joint effort, and continuously improving the agile maturity and processes for the initiative. \u00A0\u00A0Additionally, you will

• Work closely with product leadership team to understand the product strategy and deliverables
• Partner and mentor other scrum masters to deliver product strategy incrementally
• Ensure insight into process improvement, impediments, and progress to the organization
• Facilitate the prioritization and removal of impediments, with particular attention to cross-team dependencies.
  The Expertise and Skills You Have
  • Strong understanding of and experience with standard and scaled scrum practices, processes, and artifacts
  • CSM or equivalent required, Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) preferred
  • Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner preferred
  • Able to influence behavior without having organizational hierarchy.
  • Ability to respond to change and champion its implementation
  • Your ability to brainstorm with the team on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks
  • Proven excellent communication and people-interaction skills
  • Your organized and disciplined nature and continuous improvement attitude
  • Proven ability to manage partner relationships and be able to coordinate across teams
  • Encouraging Agile behaviors, reinforcing practices, norms, events, and supporting the overall performance and efficiency
  • Curiosity and ambition to continue to explore and evolve your own agile mindset to support the growing maturity of the Team
  • Managing and coordinating logistics for scaled Agile events and practices
  • Ensuring all work is tracked in the shared backlog and accurately balanced across team members
  • Driving a reciprocal and encouraging team culture through team building and engagement practices
  • Working across multiple teams and product areas to drive coordination and delivery of the initiatives
  • Supporting adoption, and consistent use of enabling tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, Mural, MS Teams)
