Job Description:
Clean Harbors is seeking a motivated and reliable Class A OTR
Owner Operator to join our dedicated Transport & Logistics team. As
a leader in North America for providing environmental, energy, and
industrial services, we uphold the highest standards of safety and
sustainability. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the
safe and compliant transportation of hazardous wastes across
various routes, helping us in our mission to protect the
environment. This position requires a profound responsibility
towards upholding our safety protocols and delivering exceptional
service. Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste while adhering
to company and governmental regulations. Manage and maintain
transportation logs and documents as per regulatory requirements.
Inspect vehicle condition before and after trips, ensuring all
mechanical issues are reported immediately. Operate equipment
safely during transport, loading, and offloading. Participate in
training and safety meetings to stay updated with new regulations.
Strong understanding of DOT and hazardous materials regulations.
Ability to operate Class A vehicles competently. Excellent time
management and route planning skills. High level of responsibility
and reliability. Good communication and documentation skills.
Medical Insurance Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A.
Hazardous materials endorsement. DOT medical certification. Clean
driving record.
