Job Description Job Description Title: Stacker / Stocker Type of Placement: Temp to Perm Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00am-3:30pm Pay/Pay Range: $16hr Benefits upon Hired Perm: Health and Dental Insurance ST/LT Disability 401k Aflac Life Insurance Freedom Plan (medical reimbursement) Paid Holidays upon hiring After 1 year – 2 weeks of vacation, 5 sick days, 2 personal days S ummary : The Stacker is an entry level position with no experience required. The Stacker will understand and maintain quality standards while keeping up with production expectations as well as help with unloading, stacking or assist in other departments as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Understanding, following, and updating production board as needed via tablets Verifying shirts counts against work orders Laying out/staging of blank garments for printing Quality Control inspection at the end of the conveyor dryer Understand and maintain quality standards while keeping up with production expectations Keeping accurate counts of shirts as they print Accurately filling out each job work order as well as daily production numbers Helping in other departments as needed EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE : High School Diploma or GED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Detail oriented Oral communication skills Reading comprehension Professionalism Time management Ability to detect color Dexterity skills Written Communication skills Organizational skills Environmental Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat and humidity. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Physical Capabilities: Most positions may require employees to be on their feet all day. Employees may be expected to lift up to 30 pounds throughout the day.
