Job Description

CVS Health is seeking a leader to drive operational delivery transformations through global service delivery model solutions and other leading-edge delivery model solutions. The ideal candidate will have a combination of various, large-scale global service delivery model experience and strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate the program’s vision effectively, gain executive consensus, and bridge the gap between design and delivery.

• Responsible for successful implementation of projects from inception to implementation; managing resources, and quality while developing and delivering tools to transform current business processes

• Work with internal experts and advisory support to assess our operations and shared service organizations to lead the development of a strategy and vision around the development of future state process flows and service delivery models. Work with program leaders to identify the needed organizational and workflow changes.

• Identify and implement strategic processes, across Global Shared Services with the goal of improving end-to-end business lifecycles across the organization.

• Work cross-functionally with various department teams to define strategic operating model and technology solutions suited for the future state of the organization.

• Design initiatives to incorporate both performance and organizational health objectives by defining the overall scope, deliverables, cultural interventions, and team.

• Establish and maintain solid relationships with business unit leadership and other senior executives. Ensure internal customer satisfaction by collaboratively leading the development of future state service delivery models.

• Partner closely with supporting functions (IT, Real Estate, HR, etc.) to execute transition plans

• Lead the effort to build out and enhance work streams geared toward customer experience enhancement and operational efficiency. Clearly communicate business value, project status and issues to business leadership and business sponsors. Work with leaders to ensure the alignment of the service delivery strategy with the business strategy.

• Lead transition projects with internal and third-party resources to expand our shared service capabilities.

• Synthesize business unit and functional workforce strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, developing recommendations, implementing solutions and monitoring progress

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years business experience, preferably working in large, complex organizations.

• 5+ years of experience working in client service or management consulting

• 1+ years of experience setting up onshore and global shared services functions

• 1+ years of experience managing global operations teams

• 1+ years of experience with third-party operational work delivery

• 1+ years of experience setting up shared service organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting business in a global setting

• Experience in transition management

• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel to meet business needs.

• Strong business acumen.

• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of management (from team leaders to senior-executives).

Education

Bachelors degree in business or related field required. Master's preferred.
