This role involves supervising field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents.Required Qualifications for Superintendent 2 (Project Lead):

• 5+ years as a Safety and QAQC Cultural Champion
• 8+ years of proven construction experience
• 5+ years coordinating subcontractor activities effectively
• 3+ years assisting in creating and managing project schedules
• 3+ years planning projects and developing logistic plans
• 2+ years reading and understanding plans, specifications, and contracts
