The RoleWe are seeking a motivated associate who is customer-focused and thrives working with teams to deliver outstanding products and services related to Small Business activity. This opportunity is in the Wealth Management Retirement Offering Product Area and Client Solutions Business Chapter. The position will work on customer experience, create new and improve processes related to Small Business Retirement product, processes, and service model. This position is at Analyst or Consultant level depending on the candidate's experience. #CSB Responsibilities of the job will include the following:

  • Identifying and supporting initiatives to improve the customer experience
  • Active participation in defining requirements, understanding client needs, and writing Agile stories to help advance product strategy, enhancements, process improvements, and client experience
  • Participating in and leading readiness and rollout activities for clients and Fidelity associates
  • Performing business testing
  • Passionate about the overall client and associate experience
  • Implementing, measuring, and applying metrics & data to aid in identifying product enhancement and improvement opportunities, along with strategic planning & execution
  • Define reporting needs for small business activity for clients, partners, and regulators
  • Support and drive project management of small business retirement initiatives
  • Participating in the prioritization of the squad work (in partnership with squad leadership) to deliver customer value based on an understanding of business and client activity
  • Helping to conduct key research and analysis to prioritize squad workThe Expertise and Skills You BringExpertise
    • Bachelor s degree with minimum of 5 to 8+ years professional experience and possesses good financial services experience.
    • Solid business knowledge and general knowledge of the financial services industry plus familiarity with Retirement and Small Business Retirement Plans
    • Familiarity and experience with Agile methodology, processes & tools including possessing good story-writing skills is a plus
    • While the focus of this role is on Small Business Retirement plan, product, and service offerings this individual should possess the ability to think of the customer s total relationship with Fidelity
    • Embrace working within a team of associates with diverse skills, including working directly with a Development Team, Marketing Team, Distribution/Sales Team, 3rd Parties, Legal Team, and other business partners within Personal Investing, Workplace Investing, and Fidelity Institutional
    • Ability to think beyond traditional financial services to drive outstanding experiences for our clientsSkills
      • Synthesizing requirements and business needs into full Agile stories
      • Proven experience in strategic analysis & thinking, product management, project management, business analysis, data/systems analysis, and process improvement
      • Business insight and analytical abilities that allows you to make decisions and define work based on data and client needs
      • General understanding of financial services and voice of the customer
      • Ability to work & act independently, multi-task, influence others, and maintain a positive can-do demeanor
      • Strong client service, collaboration, communications, organization, and presentation abilities
