Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plumbing and Heating Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both plumbing and heating systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer service skills. As a Plumbing and Heating Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and heating and cooling systems for residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing and heating systems.


Diagnose and resolve plumbing, heating and cooling issues efficiently.


Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, heating/cooling units, and other related equipment.


Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and proposed solutions.


Ensure all work complies with safety and health regulations.


Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.



Qualifications

A VALID Plumbing or Pipe fitting license REQUIRED.


Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing and heating or a related field.


Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Excellent communication and customer service skills.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
