mission. Major Account Executive I (LATAM) Drive net new business
and expansion across LATAM by owning a full-cycle sales motion
across SmartBear’s entire product suite Manage and grow a
significant book of existing business while identifying new logo
opportunities across the territory Leverage creativity,
persistence, and AI-driven strategies to solve customer challenges
and exceed revenue targets Product Intro SmartBear delivers a
comprehensive suite of tools that support the entire software
development lifecycle—from API lifecycle management with Swagger to
test automation with TestComplete and observability solutions. Our
platform empowers development teams to build, test, and release
high-quality software faster with confidence. Selling across the
full SmartBear portfolio enables you to solve complex customer
challenges with a unified, value-driven approach. About the role
Own a full-cycle sales motion across LATAM, including prospecting,
discovery, solution selling, and closing Manage and expand a
defined book of existing customers while driving net new logo
acquisition across the territory Position the full SmartBear
product suite to align with customer needs across development, QA,
and DevOps teams Build strong relationships with technical and
business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor Leverage data,
creativity, and AI tools to identify opportunities, personalize
outreach, and accelerate deal cycles Collaborate cross-functionally
with Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to
drive revenue growth We are looking for you if you have: 5 years of
experience in a closing sales role in a SaaS or technology company
Fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese (required) Proven ability to
manage both expansion and net new business within a territory A
highly driven, persistent, and coachable mindset with a strong
desire to exceed targets Strong problem-solving skills with the
ability to think creatively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Experience leveraging modern sales tools and AI to improve

package includes base salary and may also include a commission. The
Annual Cash Compensation (Base On-Target Commission) range for this
role is listed below . Actual compensation is determined based on
several factors, including relevant experience, skills, internal
equity, and geographic location. Estimated Annual Cash Compensation
(Base On-Target Commission): $150,000 - $150,000 USD
