building world-class, patient-centric Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs for individuals with

grow your career as we expand. About the Role We are seeking a
dedicated and collaborative Group Therapist (Part-Time) to join our
team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional group therapy and
support our mission to improve mental health outcomes. You will
play a key role in guiding patients through their therapeutic
journeys, fostering resilience and self-efficacy. This is an

flexible environment. Key Responsibilities Focus on Outcomes:
Deliver evidence-based group therapy using practices such as DBT,
CBT, and ACT to help patients build tools for long-term mental
health. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with clinicians, case
managers, and external providers to ensure comprehensive,
coordinated care. Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain
comprehensive treatment plans, ensure accurate documentation, and
adhere to HIPAA and all relevant compliance regulations. What
Success Looks Like Patients report improved well-being, emotional
regulation, and increased confidence in managing their mental
health. Effective collaboration with care teams results in seamless
patient experiences and measurable clinical improvements.
Consistent achievement of performance goals related to quality,
efficiency, and patient outcomes. Qualifications Pre or Post
licensed therapists in Massachusetts. Minimum of one year of
clinical experience in higher levels of care, such as PHP, IOP,
inpatient, psychiatric emergency rooms, or residential settings.
Experience facilitating group therapy and confidence in crisis
intervention and conflict resolution. Proven ability to build
rapport with diverse populations, including Medicaid patients and
individuals with complex social needs. Proficiency with technology
platforms such as Slack, Zoom, and Electronic Health Records. Why

Position Details Part-time position with availability for 6-20
hours per week Must be available weekday day or evenings
(Monday-Friday) to align with program schedules Residing in or
willing to relocate to Boston, MA where out clinic is located WHAT
